The Amesbury City Council will have three action items related to the Lower Millyard Project on the agenda for its meeting Tuesday. The council will consider a proposal to designate property on Water Street as the Amesbury Heritage Park, another proposal to accept a parcel at 25 Water St. to become part of that park, and a proposal to accept a state grant of $400,000 to create the park as part of the Lower Millyard Project. The meeting is scheduled for City Hall, on Friend Street, at 7 p.m.
