High school, BevCam win TV awards

Beverly High School and the city’s public access station, BevCam, have received three awards from the Alliance for Community Media Northeast Annual Regional Video Festival. Two awards went to students Makayla Townsend and Mackenzie Swensen, who produced public service commercials. Also, high school teacher Jo-Anna Lloyd and the school’s media class won an award for educational programming produced at the school.
