Other articles include two proposals seeking money for design of a new library building, one for $395,000 and another for $350,000. In addition, there are articles to buy the 46-acre Nason Property for $950,000, add a local fine of up to $300 to the state fine of $100 for public smoking of marijuana, and place a one-year moratorium on developing zoning to comply with medical marijuana laws. The annual Town Meeting is scheduled for May 14-15 at Masconomet Regional High School.
