Library to hold annual book sale


The Beverly Public Library will hold its annual Friends’ Spring Book Sale from Saturday through May 5. The sale will be held at the library, at 32 Essex St., and will be conducted during regular library hours: Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m. It will include hardcover and paperback fiction, children’s books, and nonfiction. Also, music and movies will be sold. Paperbacks and all children’s books will be $1, and hardcover books, $2. All proceeds of the sale will benefit the library.
