Selectmen discuss manager replacement


The Board of Selectmen was negotiating terms of a contract last week with Greg Federspiel, Lenox town manager since 1999, to replace Wayne Melville as town administrator. Melville retired earlier this year, but has been working as the interim town administrator during the transition. If the board comes to terms with Federspiel, he has a 60-day notice requirement before he can leave Lenox.
