Bike to the Sea registration open

Registration is open for the annual Bike to the Sea , taking place June 2. The Bike to the Sea path, also known as the Northern Strand Community Trail, is a planned 10-mile trail from Everett through Malden and Lynn to Nahant Beach along the old Saugus Branch Railroad bed. The June 2 event, which will raise money for the Mass Bicycle Coalition, consists of two rides, one 14 miles and the other 20 miles. Both rides include stretches along the path in Everett, Malden, and Saugus that are already complete on the way to Nahant Beach. The rides start in Everett and finish at the Dockside Restaurant in Malden. For more information on registration, visit www.biketothesea.com .
