Chambers offer small business program

The Stoneham and Wakefield chambers of commerce are scheduled to host the Small Business Administration’s SBA Advantage Program from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. May 16 in the Stoneham Town Hall auditorium, 35 Central St. Participants in this free forum will learn how the Small Business Administration and its partners can help them start and grow a small business. The Small Business Association network offers a range of services, from confidential counseling to help in securing financing and understanding government contracting opportunities. Presentations will conclude with a question-and-answer period. To reserve a seat at the forum, contact the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce at 781-438-0001 or the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce at 781-245-0741.
