Mike DeDonato , Chelmsford: In a nine-run outburst in the third inning, the junior cracked a double and a triple, knocking in three runs, all part of a three-hit day as Lions beat Billerica, 14-6.

Nate Frongillo , Whittier: In a 3-0 win over Greater Lowell, the senior catcher joined the 100-hit club with an RBI single. Andrew Wells threw a three-hit shutout with nine strikeouts.

Blaise Healy , Tilton: The Melrose senior had a career day at the plate against Kimball Union. With Tilton trailing 4-0 in the fourth, he sparked a right-run rally with a bases-loaded triple. He finished 4 for 4, with two triples, three runs scored, and seven RBIs in a 15-5 win.

Karoline Leavitt , Central Catholic: The sophomore hit a grand slam in a 13-0 win over Lawrence, then had 2 more RBIs in an 8-2 win over Merrimack Valley Conference rival Tewksbury.
