Applications are available through May 31 for people interested in purchasing one of the 18 affordable units that are available at the new Rose Landing condominium being built at 360 Andover St. The town is undertaking the application process with Pizzuti Development, which is constructing the 72-unit development under the legal name PF Danvers LLC. The affordable units will be sold to people meeting income and asset limits. With some exceptions, they must be first-time home buyers to be eligible. Three of the units will be three-bedrooms, priced at $208,000. Thirteen will be two-bedrooms, priced at $189,750. There are also two one-bedroom units, priced at $168,500. A lottery will be held on June 12 to select buyers. Applications are available on the town’s website, www.danvers.govoffice.com, at Town Hall, the Peabody Institute Library of Danvers, and at www.roselandinglottery.com.
