Condo unit to be sold to affordable housing applicant

First-time homebuyers who qualify as low- to moderate-income households will have an opportunity to purchase a condominium under the city’s housing program for $82,600. The two-bedroom, one-bath unit is 1,080 square feet and is at 36 Dunham Road. The unit will be offered to the first eligible buyer who applies, according to the city. Eligible applicants’ combined annual income must be at or below 80 percent of the area’s median income. Also, the total gross household asset limitation is $75,000.
