School officials are scheduled Friday to dedicate the William E. Endslow Performing Arts Center at Reading Memorial High School, 62 Oakland Road. The dedication will be followed by a reception on nearby Main Street. The public is invited to attend. Endslow, who retired last year after working for many years as an art and drama teacher in the local public school system, is expected to attend the dedication ceremony. He served as director of the high school drama club and chairman of the art and drama department. The town’s Facilities Naming Subcommittee last year voted unanimously to endorse naming the high school performing arts center in honor of Endslow.
