There are three races on the ballot for Tuesday’s annual town election, including one for town clerk, in which incumbent Robin Phelan is being challenged by Judith Stickney. Christine Bolzan, Ivy Shahin, and Heather Vaz are running for the School Committee, with incumbent Susan Philpott not seeking reelection. For the seat on the Masconomet Regional District School Committee, incumbent Thomas Mathers is being challenged by former appointed member James Ben Messenger. He was not able to run when his term expired in 2012 because the district reorganized to fit proportional representation requirements, and Boxford lost a member of the committee.
