A Walk for Krystle, a fund-raising tribute to Boston Marathon bombing victim Krystle Campbell, will be held next Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Hormel Stadium on Locust Street. Walkers and runners will be asked to circe the track as many times as they can. Participants are asked to collect pledges for the distance they cover. Proceeds will be donated to the Krystle Campbell Scholarship Fund at Medford High School. Campbell, 29, graduated from Medford High in 2001. She was killed when two bombs exploded at the finish line of the Boston Marathon on April 15. The school is selling Medford Strong T-shirts, with “Krystle” written on the back, at a cost of $20 for adults and $15 for youth sizes to raise money for the fund. The T-shirts will also be sold at the walk. For more information, contact Jack Dempsey by e-mail at jdsportsvideo@aol.com or by phone at 781-393-2239, or Allison Goldsberry at agoldsberry@gmail.com.
