Gloucester recently hired a consultant to create an inventory of land parcels at Gloucester Harbor. Using a $400,000 grant from the Environmental Protection Agency, consultants from the Peabody-based engineering firm Weston & Sampson will take stock of private and public parcels along and near the harbor.
