New department chairwoman at high school

There is a new social studies department chairwoman at Manchester Essex High School, where students begin classes on Wednesday. Lauren DuBois was promoted to fill the position left by Daniel Jewett, who is now curriculum director in the Triton Regional School District. To fill DuBois’’s teaching position, principal Patricia Puglisi hired John Mullady, a Beverly resident who formerly taught at Wellesley Middle School.
