The Board of Appeals will hold two public hearings Wednesday on requests by Charter Melrose LLC to upgrade and add new signs for businesses at the shopping plaza on Main Street anchored by a Whole Foods Market. The requests include permission to refurbish an existing sign listing tenants at the plaza, and to install signs, located below the canopy, at seven businesses. The board will meet at 7:45 p.m. in the aldermen’s chamber at City Hall.
