Essex County Greenbelt, the Essex-based land trust, will host a film screening of the award-winning docu-comedy “YERT: Your Environmental Road Trip” on Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cape Ann Cinema in Gloucester. The film follows three friends who travel in the United States and meet several individuals involved in conservation issues. “This is an interesting and inspirational film, and the screening is also an opportunity for Greenbelt to raise awareness about the fragile landscapes we are working to protect in Essex County,” wrote executive director Ed Becker in a news release. A discussion will follow the film.
