Exhibit on abolitionist movement at library until June 28

The Abbot Public Library exhibit “The Abolitionist Movement and the Underground Railroad in Marblehead” will be on view until June 28. On June 25, from 5 -7 p.m, a public reception will be held at the library, where Pam Peterson, director of the Marblehead Museum, will discuss the exhibit. The exhibit and reception are part of a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the founding of The Marblehead Task Force Against Discrimination.
