Construction to begin on Topsfield senior housing


The official groundbreaking for Rolling Green, the newest 55-plus condominium community in Topsfield, is set for noon on Wednesday, Aug. 16. The active senior development, by C.P. Berry Homes, will feature 30 two-bedroom town houses on 13.5 acres at 470 Boston St., next to Our Savior Lutheran Church on Route 1. According to C.P. Berry’s Mark O’Hara, there are three floor plans available, ranging in size from 2,200 to 2,650 square feet. Prices start at $615,000.
