Scott Pitta, the Town Council president, and Troy Clarkson, the town manager, will give a State of the Town address at 7 p.m. Tuesday, in the Senior Center on Wally Krueger Way. The address is the first since the town changed its charter and switched from a Board of Selectmen to a Town Council form of government. - Christine Legere
