Raynham Town Meeting set for Tuesday

Selectmen have scheduled a Special Town Meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Town Hall to decide whether to transfer oversight of South School, which is no longer used for classes, to selectmen, allowing them to lease the building. Voters will also be asked to accept a land donation on Broadway and adopt a state law that would give selectmen the authority to allow alcohol to be served on Sunday mornings. - Christine Legere
