Sharon cell tower verdict due Wednesday

Town-owned site at center of debate

Neighbors fighting a proposed cell tower on East Foxboro Street in Sharon aren’t giving up, but a decision expected Wednesday could force them to reconsider their options. After 20 months of hearings and continuances addressing different locations, the local Zoning Board of Appeals plans to vote on whether it will grant permission for a 120-foot tower - and where - to New Cingular Wireless PCS LLC, which is owned by AT&T.
