In this month of Irish pride, options abound

Irish pride is strong year-round south of Boston, in a region often dubbed the “Irish Riviera.’’ But March is when green is in full bloom as celebrations abound in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. Everyone who is Irish loves to celebrate the March 17 holiday here, said Ed Kelley, chairman of the Scituate St. Patrick’s Day parade. “And everyone who wants to be Irish comes out to celebrate, too.’’
