Condo property up for auction

$1.8M complex overlooks ocean

Plymouth is planning to auction a $1.8 million property in one of the town’s priciest neighborhoods in June to put some much-needed revenue into the town’s treasury and get the site back on local tax rolls. Town Treasurer-Collector Edward Maccaferri recently secured the go-ahead from selectmen to auction a two-building condominium complex at 126 and 128 Warren Ave., whose four units overlook the ocean. Other properties may be added by auction day.
