School Superintendent Marguerite Rizzi says Stoughton native Julliette Miller will be the new principal of Stoughton High School. Miller, a graduate of the Stoughton schools, taught math and was chairwoman of the math department at Stoughton High before moving on to administrative positions at King Philip Regional and Apponequet Regional High Schools. She was assistant principal at Apponequet. Current principal Matt Colantonio will become principal of Stoughton Middle School next year. “Ms. Miller emerged as the strongest candidate in a very accomplished field,’’ Rizzi said in an e-mail. “I am honored that she will be joining our educational leadership team and look forward to working with her to build on the strong programs that we have to create a truly world-class high school.” - Rich Fahey
