Candidates at the village

South Meadow Village, the large mobile home park off South Meadow Road, will hold a candidates night in its clubhouse at 7 p.m. Thursday. Four candidates are running for two seats on the Board of Selectmen in the election April 28. Incumbents Sarah Hewins, the town’s conservation administrator, and cranberry grower Jack Angley are facing challenges from John Cotter Jr. and Helen Marrone. This year’s ballot also includes contested races for School Committee and Planning Board.
