Congressman gets to know new towns

US Representative Michael Capuano is spending much of his free time this year in Randolph and Milton. In last year’s congressional redistricting, all of Randolph and one-third of Milton were added to the district of the Somerville Democrat, who so far is unopposed for reelection. The 7th District was reconfigured to make it a minority-majority district, in which nonwhites make up a majority of voters.
