Suit stirs division around police

Former chief urges shakeup

The Hull Police Department’s top brass have been accused of intimidating and harassing subordinate officers and dispatchers, and mishandling grant funding, according to a whistleblower complaint recently filed in Plymouth Superior Court. The former police chief has gotten involved in the case and is calling for the current chief to step down.
