The town is inviting residents to take part in West Bridgewater’s annual Memorial Day ceremony, scheduled for 10 a.m. on Memorial Day, May 28. The event, to be held at War Memorial Park on River Street, will feature an address by Nancy Maloney, chairwoman of the Board of Selectmen. There will also be a wreath laying and a reading of the town’s “honor roll,” a list of all West Bridgewater residents who died serving in the military during the nation’s wars. The event is organized by the town’s Memorial and Veterans Day Committee.
