Cousins Mandeep and Kashmir Singh have opened Sher-A-Punjab restaurant in Quincy Center. While many familiar Indian dishes are on the menu, Mandeep Singh says their restaurant is distinguished by its “modern Indian” selections, which incorporate current culinary trends in India as well as some Western influences.
