The Westwood Early Childhood Council is inviting the community to celebrate Carol Craig-O’Brien’s 24 years of service as the coordinator of the Early Childhood Office, as her retirement approaches. A drop-in reception will be held at the Westwood Senior Center, 60 Nahatan St., Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. The council invites donations in her honor to the Kathy Scales Memorial Preschool Scholarship Fund. Donations can be sent to the Westwood Early Childhood Office, 200 Nahatan St., Room A108, Westwood, MA 02090. Donors can make checks payable to the Westwood Early Childhood Council.
