This year’s July Fourth activities will take place on June 30, the Saturday before Independence Day. The Halifax in Lights Committee has planned a series of family events along with music and food vendors on the Town Green, starting at 10 a.m. and lasting into midafternoon. A small break will then take place, while vendors and DJs move across the street to the elementary school grounds. Festivities will resume in early evening and continue until the fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.
