Francis William Bird Park in East Walpole will hold its annual ice cream social on June 23 from 4 to 6:30 p.m. The free event features live music, with family-friendly songs by Carrie Rowan from 5 to 6 p.m., children’s games, face painting, and lots of ice cream. Participants are invited to bring a chair or blanket for the lawn. Bird Park is run by the Trustees of Reservations, with parking on Polley Lane.
