Local history, one conversation at a time

Seasonal residents and longtime beachgoers are encouraged to share their anecdotes and photographs of summers gone by with the “Memories of Wareham History Group” on July 18. The group meets on the first and third Wednesday of every month, from 10 a.m. to noon, in the Stone Research Room at the Wareham Free Library at 59 Marion Road. Discussions at these informal gatherings are documented and filed at the library as reference material for future historians. For more information, call the Wareham Free Library at 508-295-2343, ext. 1013.
