The Brockton Public Library will hold its annual City Lights fund-raiser Saturday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the main library, 304 Main St. Billed as a “high-fashion jazz and R&B dance party,” it is sponsored by the Brockton Library Foundation, Greater Brockton Society for Poetry and the Arts, and the Brockton Historical Society. There will be music, dancing, appetizers, and a cash bar. The Brockton Garden Club will provide a display of period fashions.
