Renovations are nearly complete in the Town Hall energy conservation program, according to Town Administrator Allan R. Chiocca. The town received a grant from the utility National Grid to replace all fixtures and switches in the municipal building. The town’s share of the $26,000 project was $6,700, Chiocca said, and the work should result in $4,735 in savings a year, a 20-month payback. “We are looking at other buildings now,” Chiocca said.
