“Bloom in June,” a self-guided garden tour that is the Mattapoisett Woman’s Club’s largest fund-raiser for its scholarship program, is scheduled for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. Advance tickets are $15 for the tour only, $27 for the tour with lunch at the Inn on Shipyard Park. Tickets are being sold at Periwinkles in Fairhaven, Isabelle’s Gift Shop and Pen Pendulum in Mattapoisett, and the Bookstall in Marion. On the day of the events, tickets will be $17 for the tour, $30 for the tour and lunch. There will be 10 featured gardens, some by the ocean and some in Mattapoisett Village, said Ellen P. Flynn, co-chair of the event. A map of the tour’s gardens will be provided the day of the tour at the Ying Dynasty Restaurant on Route 6, and sunflower flags will be posted at the gardens to make it easier to follow, Flynn said. For more information, contact Flynn at 508-758-1312 or elflynn@vassar.edu, or co-chair Deanne Girouard at 508-758-2652.
