The city is offering a slate of summer activities ranging from concerts to swimming. “From City Hall to every corner of the community, we are providing free or low-cost events and activities for residents of all ages,” Mayor Linda M. Balzotti wrote on the city website. The Manning Pool, behind Brockton High School, opens for the season on Monday. Pool hours are 1 to 6 p.m. daily, and admission is $3 for Massachusetts residents and $5 for others. The Cosgrove Pool opens July 2; admission is free and hours are 1 to 5 p.m. daily. Brockton After Dark provides free athletic and enrichment programs for ages 13-20 beginning July 2. The Mayor’s Summer Concert Series begins July 12 at the Patio at Height’s Crossing, 35 Christy’s Place. Friday Night Movies, co-sponsored by the Brockton Rox, begin July 13 at Campanelli Stadium.
