New 96-gallon recycling containers will be dropped off at local residences this week for the single-stream recycling program scheduled to begin July 30.  All recyclables can go into the container and will be collected curbside every other week. Trash bags for the trash disposal program will continue to be available at the same locations, priced at $3  for the large bag and $2  for the small.  They will be sold in packs of five. Residents will be billed $75 annually for the new program, split into two bills of $37.50.  For more information or to opt out of the program, visit the public works website at www.ebdpw.com.
