Arthur Luhn was born deaf, but that hasn’t stopped him from pursuing his dream of being a filmmaker. The Randolph resident’s efforts have paid off. His film “Conned,” a comedy about bungling Boston criminals, some of whom are deaf, has racked up a slew of awards and has a showing in Boston this Thursday.
