Behind a broad stand of trees along Bedford Street, unseen by the traffic hurrying to or from nearby Interstate 495, reside Lakeville’s gentle giants — the Hallamore Clydesdales. The 16 majestic draft horses live on a 40-acre farm, and when they aren’t at parades or fairs pulling an antique Studebaker freight wagon, they are either in their stalls or in the surrounding fields, located about a mile south of the interstate highway. The public is welcome to visit the farm.
