Although construction took longer than expected, residents are moving into a new condominium complex at Hingham Shipyard, and developer Samuels & Associates expects to reach 50 percent occupancy within a couple of weeks.

The 26-unit North Building complex is one of three residential buildings, with a total of 94 units, that Samuels plans to build at the shipyard over the coming years.
