u The towns of Abington, Rockland, and Weymouth will be asked to approve a plan to dissolve SouthField after the project is finished. (Tri-Town will present a dissolution plan to the towns; with their approval, the land will revert to the original boundary lines that existed when the Navy acquired the land more than 70 years ago.)
