Ryan Palmer, 27, of Norwell was charged Tuesday  with aggravated statutory rape of a child, after allegedly sexually assaulting a Wareham teenage girl he met through an online dating site. Local and state police said they executed a search warrant at  a Stetson Road address and arrested Palmer without incident.
