Quincy officials, in partnership with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, are in the early stages of a $1.5 million reconstruction of the intersection of Quincy Avenue and Howard Street. The project, which is probably a few years away, would rebuild the mismatched streets and create a true four-way crossing.
