Patriots player congratulates local youth

New England Patriots’ free safety Steve Gregory and his wife, Rosanne, paid a congratulatory visit to nine Randolph teens last week. The Gregorys stopped in on the Randolph group to help them celebrate the announcement of their newly renamed after-school club for middle-schoolers called Youth Striving for Success (YS4S). The group, formerly known as South Shore Day Care Services, provides early education and youth programs to help kids. The group recently received a $1,000 grant from the United Way of Massachusetts Bay/Merrimack Valley’s Youth Venture Program. The group, initially started in 2008, boasts a high school graduation rate in excess of 96 percent.
