The town’s Master Plan Committee is seeking input from the community as it prepares for its next public forum on the planning document; the meeting is slated for Jan. 28 at a time and location to be announced. Residents and local business owners are asked to go online to www.research.net/s/XRFSPQ5 and take a 10-minute survey that asks for their opinions on the town’s strengths and weaknesses, local services, possible future development, and town agencies, employees, and facilities. The town held a visioning forum on Oct. 15 that drew 110 people to share ideas about Stoughton's future. According to Noreen O'Toole, the town planner and a member of the Master Plan Committee, responses to the online survey will be collected through Jan. 20 and used to develop the panel’s report.
