u Air Force Master Sergeant Paul M. Lanoue, son of Dorothy F. Mahoney of Maine, and brother of Kevin P. Snarsky and Kelly M. Lanoue of East Wareham. Lanoue is a 1996 graduate of Wareham High School.

u Army Captain Jacob Hagstrom, son of Susan L. and Thomas W. Hagstrom of Hingham and brother of Army 2nd Lieutenant Benjamin Hagstrom presently attending flight school at the Army Aviation Center of Excellence at Fort Rucker, Ala. The captain, a section chief with the sentry aircraft maintenance unit, assigned to the 552nd Maintenance Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., graduated from Hingham High School in 2005 and is now a Field Artillery officer.
