Grants of up to $4,500 to repair homes are available through a new program of the Easton Affordable Housing Trust. Households must meet annual income requirements, ranging from $58,240 for one person to $96,560 for six persons, and homes cannot be sold within a year of receiving the grants. Applications are due by Feb. 22, and recipients will be selected based on need and urgency of the repairs. For information, visit www.easton.ma.us/homerepair.htm. Applications are available at the Ames Free Library and the Town Offices and by calling Tim Harrigan at 508-230-0645.
