Funds offered for fixer-uppers


Grants of up to $4,500 to repair homes are available through a new program of the Easton Affordable Housing Trust. Households must meet annual income requirements, ranging from $58,240 for one person to $96,560 for six persons, and homes cannot be sold within a year of receiving the grants. Applications are due by Feb. 22, and recipients will be selected based on need and urgency of the repairs.
